The SMX Composite Video Matrix Switcher Boards are designed for routing composite video signals. They are available in three I/O sizes: 8x4, 8x8, and 16x16.

- NTSC, PAL, and SECAM compatible — Capable of switching NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43, PAL, and SECAM video for worldwide compatibility.
- Video Input Signal Detection — Verifies active sources by polling all inputs for valid signals. Information is transmitted to the user through the SMX Frame's Ethernet and serial ports.
